Each patient's experience at our practice is important to us. As we strive to
provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This
MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was
made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical
staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Listened: Measures how carefully the provider listens to the needs of each and every patient.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this
practice to family and friends.
Dr. Rajeev Joshi joined North Texas Heart Center in August 2013. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Advanced Cardiac Imaging at St. Luke’s - Roosevelt Hospital in New York as part of the Columbia University System. His Advanced Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology training was completed at the University of California in San Diego. Dr. Joshi is proficient in all aspects of Electrophysiology including atrial fibrillation ablation, atrial flutter and PSVT ablation, and ventricular tachycardia ablation. In addition he implants pacemakers, defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization therapy devices, as well as, performs laser lead extraction. Dr. Joshi not only practices electrophysiology, but he is also board certified in Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. Joshi is multi-lingual and speaks Hindi, Urdu and Kannada.
